Baja Bruiser

The Hot Wheels Baja Bruiser is an off-road vehicle that features a large engine, roll-cage roof, tools in the bed, and “Mattel” on the tailgate. It was a 1977 release that was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.

It is available in dark blue enamel, has a black interior, and a chrome plastic base. Red, white, and yellow graphics with “American”, “711”, “Baja Bruiser”, and logos for Goodyear and Bell detail the sides.

The redline wheels are through-hole. Later releases can have black wall wheels.

The die-cast truck is a reissue of the Baja Bruiser from 1975 with new graphics and a new color.
