Classic Nomad

The Hot Wheels Classic Nomad is based upon the 1955 Chevrolet Nomad. The 2-door station wagon has a stylish boxy shape, fender spears, and an overhead valve V8 engine.

The die-cast car was a 1970 release that was designed by Ira Gilford. Production was in the U.S.

It is available in a wide range of Spectraflame colors. Features include a sunroof, an opening hood that reveals a detailed engine, and painted taillights. The Nomad has clear windows, a white interior, and capped redline wheels.

Included with the vehicle was a collector’s button that can be plastic or metal. The metal button has a blue Nomad on a green background and a smooth tab. The plastic button has a light blue Nomad on a yellow background.
