The Hot Wheels El Rey Special is an original design of an open-wheel racing car. It was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.
The die-cast car can be found in four enamel colors and is decorated with yellow and red graphics. “76” is on the front wing, “Penzoil” and “1” are on various parts of the body, and “Dunlop” is on the rear wing.
Its interior is part of the metal base. The redline wheels can all be through-hole or through-hole in the front and capped in the back.
