Formula 5000

The Hot Wheels Formula 5000 is an original design of an open-wheel racing car. The die-cast vehicle was a 1976 release that was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.

It is white enamel decorated with red and blue graphics. “76” is on the nose, sides, and rear wing. Logos for Goodyear and Bell are also on the rear wing.

The car has a metal interior and base and through-hole redline wheels. Later releases can have black wall wheels.
