Gun Slinger

The Hot Wheels Grass Hopper is based upon a military Jeep. The die-cast car was a 1975 release that was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.

It has a plastic olive green body detailed with white graphics that feature a military star and “U.S. Army”. The car has a black interior, black plastic base, and a large swiveling gun.

The gun rests on a windowless black-framed windshield. There are two versions of the windshield. One has a standard frame and the other has a clip for the gun barrel.

The redline wheels are through-hole. Later releases can have black wall wheels.

The vehicle is a modified version of the Grass Hopper from 1974.
