Jet Threat II

The Hot Wheels Jet Threat II is an original design of a car with a jet engine and a rear cockpit. The die-cast vehicle was a 1976 release that was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.

It is plum enamel decorated with yellow flames. Details include a blue tinted canopy, metal base, and through-hole redline wheels. Later releases can have black wall wheels.

The car is a reissue of the Jet Threat from the 1973 Shell promotion with a couple of changes. The Jet Threat II is only available in plum and has printed graphics.
