Jet Threat

The Hot Wheels Jet Threat was a 1971 release that is an original design by Larry Wood. The car features a massive jet engine and a rear cockpit. The top of the engine opens to reveal an orange turbine.

Production was in Hong Kong and it can be found in a variety of Spectraflame colors. Details include a blue tinted canopy and capped redline wheels. It does not have an interior.

Included with the die-cast vehicle was a sticker sheet. The stickers have “15” in a black circle and ombre stripes.

Also included was a plastic collector’s button. It has a blue Jet Threat on a yellow background.
