King ‘Kuda

The Hot Wheels King ‘Kuda is based upon a Plymouth Barracuda. The muscle car has been modified with front and rear spoilers and its hood has been removed to make room for a large blown engine.

The die-cast car was a 1970 release that was designed by Ira Gilford. Production was in Hong Kong.

It is available in a variety of Spectraflame colors and can be found with a matching roof or the more rare black painted roof. The interior can be white, tan, or brown.

Details include white stripes near the back, painted taillights, and number graphics that can be between 1 and 9. The windows are tinted blue and the redline wheels can be bearing or capped.

The King ‘Kuda is part of the Spoilers series. Included with the vehicle was a metal collector’s button with a smooth tab. The metal button has a King ‘Kuda on an orange background. Also included was a decal sheet that features a variety of logos.
