The Hot Wheels Lowdown is inspired by the Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The die-cast car was a 1976 release that was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.
It is light blue enamel decorated with purple, white, and yellow graphics. “Flyin Low” is on the hood and a flaming stripe and designs are along the top.
Details include blue tinted windows, a black interior, and a chrome plastic base. The redline wheels are through-hole.
The Lowdown is a reissue of the Monte Carlo Stocker from 1975.
