Mercedes-Benz C-111

The Hot Wheels Mercedes-Benz C-111 is based upon the experimental automobile used to test Wankel engines and other technologies. The die-cast car was a 1974 release that was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.

It can be found in red enamel with blue, yellow, and white graphics that feature stars and stripes. The interior is usually black, but white is possible. It has working gull-wing doors, blue tinted windows, and a metal base. The redline wheels can be all through-hole or through-hole in the front and capped in the back.

The car is a reissue of the Mercedes-Benz C-111 from 1973 with a couple of changes. It is detailed with printed graphics and is only available in red enamel.
