The Hot Wheels Rodger Dodger is inspired by the 1973 Dodge Charger SE. It features a cutout hood that makes room for a massive blown engine. The die-cast car was a 1974 release that was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.
It can be found in plum or a much rarer blue enamel. Orange and yellow flames decorate the top of the muscle car.
The windows are tinted blue and the interior is usually black, but brown and white interiors are possible. It has a metal base and the redline wheels can be all through-hole or through-hole in the front and capped in the back.
The Rodger Dodger was available on blister card and was included in the Road Kings Highway Drive-Ins playset.
