Swingin’ Wing

The Hot Wheels Swingin’ Wing was a 1970 release that is an original design by Ira Gilford. It features a large white wing behind dual cockpits and a retractable engine with exhaust pipes. The car is available in a variety of Spectraflame colors and has capped redline wheels.

Production was in the U.S. and Hong Kong. A U.S. car has a clear windshield, white interior, and “U.S.A.” on the base. A Hong Kong car has a blue tinted windshield, a brown interior, and “Hong Kong” on the base.

Included with the vehicle was a metal collector’s button with a smooth tab. The button has a Swingin’ Wing on a blue background.
