Vega Bomb

The Hot Wheels Vega Bomb is inspired by a Chevrolet Vega that has been modified as a funny car. The die-cast vehicle was a 1975 release that was designed by Larry Wood and produced in Hong Kong.

It can be found in orange and light green enamel with red, yellow, and blue graphics. “Vega Bomb” along with logos for 76, Cragar, Goodyear, and Accel decorate the sides.

The funny car has a rear-hinged body that can be raised to reveal the black roll-cage interior. Its redline wheels are usually through-hole, but can be capped in the front and through-hole in the back. Later releases of the orange Vega Bomb can have black wall wheels.
